Triumph & Co. is pleased to have acted as legal counsel to Desert Roots, a leading Saudi Arabia-based branding, signage and custom fabrication business, in connection with its sale to LIVE·TEAM, part of THE·TEAM, a global sports, entertainment and music company.

The transaction represents a significant milestone in Desert Roots’ growth journey and reflects the increasing consolidation and investment activity in the Middle East’s live events, experiential marketing and production sectors.

Founded in 2017, Desert Roots has developed into a trusted partner for large-scale live events and experiential projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, offering specialist fabrication, finishing and installation services supported by two production facilities and an experienced on-the-ground team.

The acquisition strengthens LIVE·TEAM’s regional footprint and enhances its ability to deliver integrated branding, fabrication and live event services across the Middle East.
