Pamela is a member of the Firm’s Engineering and Construction Department, assisting the team with the technical preparation and review of complex construction disputes and claims including delay analysis.

Before joining Triumph & Co., Pamela was a Senior Associate Consultant at HKA Canada, where she analyzed large-scale capital and infrastructure projects, assessing delays, productivity impacts, and cost overruns. She also supported expert testimony and advisory work in complex construction disputes, with experience spanning litigation, arbitration, and negotiation.
Pamela is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
